Could You BE Any More Pacific??

So I thought these time zone changes would be great....they would be, if my phone would recognize them too.  Yesterday I woke up an hour early because my phone didn't change time zones as I slept.  This morning I woke up two hours early because my phone didn't update the time zone change.  

I'm not getting an extra hour of sleep if I'm waking up an hour early if my phone won't update with the time zone changes!!!
